Complimentary Shipping
At The Gilded Bulb, all orders include complimentary shipping. Shipping methods are selected with care, based on each item’s size, weight, and destination, to ensure safe and reliable delivery.
Shipping Methods
Standard Shipping
Most lighting and accessory items are delivered via UPS or FedEx, with tracking provided once your order ships.
Freight Delivery
Oversized or heavier pieces are delivered via freight carrier.
Freight deliveries are made to the delivery location and typically do not include placement inside the home. For larger items, we recommend planning for assistance on delivery day.
White Glove Delivery
For clients who prefer a fully hands-off experience, White Glove Delivery is available on select items for an additional fee.
This service may include:

Removal of packaging materials
Availability and scope vary by item and location. Our team is happy to assist in determining the best option for your home.
Delivery Inspection & Care
To ensure your order arrives in perfect condition, we kindly ask that all items be inspected promptly upon delivery.

Any visible damage should be noted with the carrier at the time of delivery.

Please notify The Gilded Bulb of any damage—visible or concealed—within 5 days of delivery so we may assist you promptly.
Returns
We offer returns within 30 days of delivery, subject to approval.
To begin a return, please contact our team within 30 days. Once approved, you will receive detailed return instructions to ensure a smooth process.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the client unless the return is due to damage or an error on our part.
